2007 Student Rent Specials.

Our Properties may be leased at various rates based on your preference. CityBlock Properties specializes in catering to our tenants preferences. Following are some of the options we offer for students and roommates:

Option 1: Lease as a whole. Rent is as published below. You may split the rent with your roommates whichever way you agree with each other. If one roommate stops paying rent the rest of the tenants are responsible for covering for that person. Rent is payable in 1 check only

Option 2: Lease by the room. Each roommate will have separate leases. Each roommate is only responsible only for their portion of the lease. Utilities are paid by the tenants.

Option 3: Lease by the room utilities included. Each tenant will have separate leases. You will be matched with roommates who have similar lifestyle, or you may find roommates. Each tenant is only responsible for their portion of the lease. Number of tenants must equal to number of bedrooms in the property before lease can be finalized. Pet restriction apply.
